Custom Image Weathervanes by Tom JohanssonFor the weathervane image that you would like to have, we have Tom Johansson ready to plasma cut your image from steel. Your
procedure to follow: I will then forward that image by email to Tom Johansson. Tom will sketch that image to match the 30" weathervane hardware. Tom has the measurements for the aluminum weathervane arrow that the image will be mounted on. After Tom and I have agreed on the art work, I will send the sketch image back to you for your approval. With your approval, we will take the process to the next step which is cutting steel. The steel image would be approximately 13" on the arrow. WV715 by

This weathervane measures approximately 36" square and replicates an earlier weathervane. The drawing was recreated by Tom from a single picture. The weathervsane was cut from steel and powder coated.

WV242 artists' drawing of the 1940 Ford - for a surprise Fathers Day gift .
WV242 Tom Johansson's plasma cutting on steel of the 1940 Ford. The image is then mounted on Whitehall's cast aluminum 46" hardware that I have in stock. WV242 weathervane package - truck plasma cutting and the 30" Whitehall hardware. Two screws hold the image to the arrow.

WV568 Harley motorcycle by Tom Johansson mounted on the Whitehall arrow with globes an added extra WV616 - second copy of the RCMP rider. The
image measure 13" height from the top of the lance to the grass. WV689 -Boar's head with rope
underneath. The image measures 17" height from the top of the ears to
the bottom of the rope and 21" length of rope.
The total height from the ears
the the bottom of the extended bracket is 46". Whitehall's 46"
hardware was used.
Art
